Where are you Located?
The Studio is located within the Maritime Opportunity Center at 1216 Sand Cove Rd, Saint John, NB
In the days leading up to your session, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how and where to find the studio.
Will you Travel?
Yes and No. It depends on the location as I rely heavily on public transportation. If you would like to book a session in your home or business, or at an outdoor location beyond those I have chosen a travel fee may apply. Please reach out before booking to discuss!
When will i get my pictures?
Turn around time is only 1 week for your Digital Viewing Gallery! 48hr rush delivery is available for an additional charge of $99+hst.
*Turnaround time for Branding photos & video, Social Media Content Sessions is 2-4 weeks*
How do I receive my pictures?
You will be sent an email with all the details you need to access your private viewing gallery, select your included photos, and make additional purchases. The photos will be watermarked in the viewing gallery, but the watermark will not be visible once you've downloaded your selected photos.
Will you share my pictures?
Your gallery of images is private, and your photos will only be shared if you have given me permission to do so!
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes! If you are sick or have an emergency, I am happy to reschedule. There is no fee for rescheduling unless you reschedule less than 2 hours before your session. In that case a fee of $99+hst will be applied and must be paid before your session can be rescheduled.
Can I bring someone with me to my session for support?
as long as the person is supportive yes! If the vibes are off I will ask them to leave. *please do let me know if you're bringing someone so I can ensure there is a space clear in the studio for them to sit*
Do you offer payment plans?
YES! Payment Plans are available at booking with biweekly and monthly payment options. If for some reason you are not approved for these methods, please don't hesitate to reach out for an alternative.
Can I order prints or an album through you?
Absolutely! There is a print store within your digital viewing gallery that allows you to purchase all sorts of printed products including basic prints, albums, metal and canvas prints, unique gifts and more!
